Withdrawal Policy

1.1. This Withdrawal Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which players may request and receive funds from their casino accounts. It applies to all users and ensures that withdrawals are handled transparently and in accordance with regulatory standards, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements;
1.2 The minimal amount for withdrawal is 20 EUR/20 CAD/30 AUD or its equivalent in other currencies. The maximum amount for withdrawal depends on Your VIP level and on the payment method You use. If the requested amount exceeds the limit of a particular payment system, the amount will be withdrawn in installments and multiple withdrawals may be combined into a single transaction.
1.3 The Casino reserves the right to check Your identity prior to processing payouts and to hold any refund or withdrawals for the time needed to check Your identity. In case You provide false/incomplete Personal Data or in case If Your Player Account is suspected of abuse or fraudulent activity, the withdrawal can be refused and the Player Account terminated, of which You will be informed by email. Reporting by the Casino to applicable regulatory bodies of actions performed by the Player may be required. Security checks of Your identity, particularly for first-time or large withdrawals, may cause additional delays of withdrawals of Your funds.
1.4 To make a withdrawal, a Player needs to wager the last deposit by placing bets in Slots for a total amount of x3 (three times) the deposit amount. Deposits must be legal and originate from Your Player Account with third-party transactions strictly prohibited. Fraudulent payments will result in account closure.
1.5 Any winnings can be only withdrawn with the payment methods You have previously deposited with unless alternative proof of ownership is provided. Incorrect withdrawal details are the player's responsibility, and funds will be refunded to the original payment method whenever possible. The Company is not responsible for lost funds due to incorrect information.
1.6 The Website supports payouts via Original Credit Transfer (OCT) from Visa and via Payment Transfer from Mastercard. Additional requirements are that the respective credit card is not a corporate credit card and the card is issued in a supported country.
1.7 Multiple deposit methods may result in split withdrawals. Crypto/Withdrawals are sent to the provided crypto wallet address. Errors in wallet details are the player’s responsibility, and the casino is not liable for losses due to incorrect information.

1.9 Casino has the right to determine its own payment and withdrawal terms and maximum and minimum withdrawal amount for each procedure, which may differ depending on the withdrawal method, account status and other possible factors affecting the withdrawal process. All withdrawal requests are reviewed on a daily basis, from 9:00 to 18:00 (GMT+3), and processed within 24 hours following a successful identity and account verification. Please note that weekends and bank holidays may impact these timeframes. Faster withdrawals may be available based on the Player’s VIP status and depositing activity. It’s important to acknowledge that the actual processing of payments is fully dependent on the policies and business hours of the involved financial institutions. Further factors which may affect withdrawal processing times include, but are not limited to, security checks, risk assessment, account activity review, regulatory compliance, or other operational considerations. Casino will make reasonable efforts to minimize any inconvenience caused.
1.10 You acknowledge that withdrawals via bank transfers can in exceptional cases be subject to additional charges, fees, etc. by the intermediary banks. These charges remain outside the influence of The Casino.
1.11 The maximum withdrawal amount processed to a player is 1,000 EUR/ 1,570 CAD/ 1,800 AUD per day, unless otherwise specified in the Terms & Conditions of a specific promotion. Exceptions may be made to players with a higher VIP level, if any, at the Casino’s sole discretion.

1.14 If you win more than 5,000 EUR/ 7,860 CAD/ 9,000 AUD, the Casino reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly instalments however, such limit shall not be less than the equivalent of 10,000 EUR/ 16,000 CAD/ 17,800 AUD per month.

1.16 The withdrawal can be divided into parts/chunks. Chunk is the maximum amount per transaction that the payment provider can process at once. The amount of one chunk can be changed by the provider.
1.17 Once a withdrawal is requested, it will remain pending for between 0-48 hours. Withdrawals are not processed on weekends and holidays. However, please be aware that depending on the payment method You are using, the funds may take a few days to arrive. Details regarding the timing for withdrawals in respect to the method utilized are available on the relevant pages of the Website, as may be amended from time to time.
1.18 All progressive jackpot wins will be paid in full.
