8.1 In order to access the Website and play its Games, You as a Player must create an account (hereinafter - “Player Account”). You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts in Your jurisdiction to create a Player Account.

8.5 Bonus abuse is treated as ‘fraud’ in these General Terms and Conditions of Dreamplay.Bet. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, multiple accounts, collusion, software manipulation, VPN use, and exploiting loopholes and opening of Duplicate Accounts in order to take advantage of additional benefits or bonuses of Dreamplay.Bet. If Dreamplay.Bet suspects You in Bonus abuse, We may modify, suspend, or terminate Your Player Account without any prior written warning.

8.6 The Website can only be used for personal purposes and shall not be used for any type of commercial profit.

8.7 You must maintain Your Personal Account and keep Your details up-to-date.

8.8 We reserve the right to make a phone call to the number provided in Your Player Account, which at Our own discretion can be a necessary part of the KYC procedure. Player Account and/or any actions in the Player Account may be terminated until the Player Account is fully verified. All transactions made where Your username and password and/or Player Account number have been entered correctly will be regarded as valid, whether or not authorised by You, and We shall not be liable for any claims in the event that You disclose Your username, password or Player Account number to anyone else (whether deliberately or accidentally). 8.12 Dreamplay.Bet reserves the right to close, refuse and ban a Player Account at its sole foresight without any description of the reasons whatsoever. The Player has the right to close and/or suspend the Players Account at Dreamplay.Bet at any time by contacting Our support by email [email protected]. If the Player wants to renew the contractual relationship with Dreamplay.Bet the closed account has to be reopened by informing customer support via email [email protected] or chat. If the Player's Account has been closed due to any form of exclusion from gambling the Player Account has to stay closed for the amount of time it has been excluded.

8.13 If You have closed an unverified account with an active balance, it does not absolve You for the responsibility to complete Your identity verification; otherwise, We will not be able to process any withdrawals from Your Player Account.

8.14 If the Player requests to block his Player Account for any reason and the balance of the Player’s Account is less than the amount of the last deposit, the remaining balance will be returned to the last payment method. If the balance on the Player’s Account exceeds the amount of the last deposit, the winnings will be cancelled and the amount of the Player’s last deposit will be returned to the last payment method.

8.15 If the Website suspects the Player in acting in fraudulent or unfair activities, the Website may at sole discretion unilaterally impose penalties, revoke of winnings, withheld payment and possibly close the Player Account. The Player shall indemnify and shall be liable to pay to Us on demand all costs, charges or losses sustained or incurred by Us (including any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business and loss of reputation) arising directly or indirectly from the Player’s fraud, dishonesty or criminal act.

8.16 The Website have a right to decline an application for a new Player Account if:

• The Registration Form on the Website has not been completed in full, and/or
• The information contained in the Registration Form is found to be incorrect
• Any information required to be submitted in conjunction with the Player Account Registration Form or requested by Casino prior to or subsequent to the submission of such form is not provided by the applicant in the manner or format or within such timeframes as Casino may specify.

9.1.3 undertaking fraudulent activities to Your advantage including the use of a stolen, cloned or otherwise unauthorized credit or debit card as a source of account deposits;
9.1.4 taking part in any criminal activities including money laundering and any other activity with criminal consequences;
9.1.5 colluding or attempting to collude and intending to participate, directly or indirectly, in any collusion scheme with any other Player in the course of any Game you play or will play on the Website

9.2. The Company will take all reasonable steps to prevent collusion or any attempts to collude; detect them and the corresponding Players; and deal with the corresponding Players accordingly. We will not be liable for any loss or damage which You or any other Player may incur as a result of collusive, fraudulent or otherwise illegal activity or cheating and any action we take in this respect is at our sole discretion.

9.3 If You suspect a person is colluding, cheating or undertaking a fraudulent / prohibited activity you shall as soon as reasonably practicable report this to Us by e-mail.

9.4 If the Company has a suspicion that You may be engaging in or have engaged in fraudulent, unlawful or improper activity, including, without limitation, money laundering activities, or conduct otherwise in violation of the General Terms and Conditions, Your access to the services may be terminated immediately and/or Your Player account blocked. If Your Player Account is terminated or blocked in such circumstances, the Company is under no obligation to refund to you any funds that may be in Your Player Account. The Company shall be entitled to inform relevant authorities, other online service providers and banks, credit card companies, electronic payment providers or other financial institutions of your identity and of any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity and You will cooperate fully with the Company to investigate any such activity.

9.5 If We have reasonable grounds to believe that You have participated in or have been connected with any form of prohibited activity (either detected by Us or by Our Game Providers and Our other suppliers) such as cheating and collusion practices which are used in the gambling and gaming industry (including but not limited to "Wonging", "Opposite Betting", “Perfect Pair” Card Counting, Dragon Tiger "Suited Tie" Card Counting or any other Card Counting techniques) - the Company reserves the right to discontinue providing service in general and/or to limit the usage of a specific Game type.

• participating in any type of collusion with other Players

• that the Player has participated in, aided, or facilitated criminal, fraudulent and/or illegal activity of any kind.
• that the integrity of the event on which betting has been struck is called into question.
• that the odds or prices in respect of an event of which betting has been struck have been improperly manipulated.
• that match-rigging, collusion, match-fixing, cheating or other unethical activity has taken place.
• that the Player is prohibited from engaging in betting by any term of his/her employment contract, any law, or any rule of a sporting governing body applicable to the Player.

13.1 A refund request will only be considered if it is requested from three (3) to fourteen days (14) days of the alleged transaction, or within thirty (30) calendar days if a Player alleges that another individual has accessed their Player Account and provides the proof of this unauthorized access.

24.5 The Player authorises and consents to each electronic or other communication relating to any bet placed being recorded by Dreamplay.Bet in such manner as Dreamplay.Bet deems fit and to such records being retained for as long as Dreamplay.Bet deems necessary. The Customer acknowledges that Dreamplay.Bet is required to keep such records by law and that such records may be used by Dreamplay.Bet for the investigation and resolution of disputes which may arise between itself and the Player or for any other lawful purpose.

24.6 The Player shall bear the responsibility of ensuring that the bet is accurately placed and recorded by Dreamplay.Bet. Dreamplay.Bet shall furnish such confirmation of a bet to the Player as may be required by law or reasonably requested by the Player.

24.7. Dreamplay.Bet shall accept bets during normal business hours and at such other times as Dreamplay.Bet may deem fit.

24.8 The Player shall be responsible for ensuring that he/she has full knowledge of the rules applicable to the market within which the Player proposes to place a bet.

24.9 The placement of a bet on any market signifies the Player’s acceptance of the Rules published on the Dreamplay.Bet website in respect thereof and of these General Terms and Conditions.

24.10 While Dreamplay.Bet will endeavour to ensure complete accuracy in relation to the announcement, publication and issue of prices, off-times (starting times of events) and results, it does not accept responsibility for any errors which may arise in this regard and reserves the right to correct any such errors in such manner as it may determine in its sole discretion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Player indemnifies and holds Dreamplay.Bet harmless in respect of any losses, whether potential or actual and direct or indirect, which may be suffered in consequence of any such error.

24.11 The time of acceptance of a bet shall be the time at which such bet was recorded on the wagering software operated by Dreamplay.Bet sportsbook.

24.12 Any bet accepted after the “off” or starting time of the event on which such bet is struck (other than bets in-running) shall be null and void and of no force or effect. Any bets taken on results already known at the time of the placement of such bets will be voided/cancelled by Dreamplay.Bet.

24.13 Additional or new markets may be made available on the Sportsbook Dreamplay.Bet from time to time. It is the responsibility of the Player to read and accept the market rules applicable to such markets before placing any bets.

25.1 No person who in any manner participates in an event on which betting is offered by Dreamplay.Bet may place a bet on any such event on the Sportsbook on the Dreamplay.Bet website.

25.2 Any bets placed and/or erroneously accepted in contravention of Clauses 25.1 or 25.2 shall be declared void and cancelled.

25.3 Syndicate Betting is strictly prohibited by Dreamplay.bet. Syndicate Betting occurs when a group of persons acts together for the purposes of placing a bet or series of bets on the same event or market. Dreamplay.Bet reserves the right to void all bets in relation to such Syndicate Betting and to withhold payment of winnings, whether temporarily or permanently, pending the conduct of (and contingent upon the outcome of) an investigation.

26.1 Dreamplay.Bet reserves the right to declare any bet wholly or partially void, if any such bet

• has been offered, placed, or accepted as the result of an error.
• has been accepted in circumstances in which such a bet would not ordinarily have been accepted, e.g., owing to technical problems occurring in relation to the operation of the Website.
• has been placed in consequence of, or in the process of, Syndicate Betting.
• has been struck in relation to an event of which the result was already known, unlawfully determined, or influenced by unlawful conduct.
• has been struck in relation to an event in respect of which a subsequent announcement has been made which significantly alters the prevailing odds in respect of such bet.
• is affected by any other state of affairs beyond the control of Dreamplay.Bet arising subsequent to the placement and acceptance of such bet, which materially affects the conduct of the event on which such bet was struck or the prevailing odds available in respect thereof, including acts of God, a national, provincial or global state of emergency, an epidemic or pandemic, or any other similar phenomenon.

26.2. Dreamplay.Bet may declare a bet wholly or partially void in the event of any malfunction occurring or found to have occurred in relation to such bet.

26.3. For the purposes of Clause 26.2, the word “malfunction” shall mean any technical, operational, communication, electronic or programming error, defect, flaw or failure, whether immediately detectable to Dreamplay.bet and/or the Player or not, occurring on the Website or in any –

• device, hardware, or equipment
• betting system or software, programme, data file or any other content derived therefrom, or
• game software, programme, data file or any other content derived therefrom

owned or utilised by the Player for the purposes of betting (for the purposes of (i) above) or operated and/or made available by Dreamplay.bet and downloaded and/or accessed and/or utilised by the Player for the purposes of betting, which

• causes any game or product on which betting is offered to operate otherwise than in accordance with the rules published on the Website in respect of such game or product
• corrupts, suspends, or interrupts the normal and/or intended manner of operation of any game or product on which betting is offered, or
• results in an outcome which is manifestly out of alignment with the normal and/or intended manner of operation of any game or product on which betting is offered

26.4 Dreamplay.Bet may void a bet at any stage, irrespective of whether –

• the event in respect of which such bet was struck has been settled or not, or
• the Player has received any form of notification from the Website that such bet is a winning bet and/or that winnings in any amount are payable in respect of such bet.

26.5. In the case of an invalid selection and/or subsequent scratching in a multiple or combination bet, the invalid selection shall be ignored, and the stake shall run onto the other selection in the bet at the price indicated on the ticket/betting slip issued.

26.6. Dreamplay.Bet reserves the right to withhold payment and/or to declare bets void on an event (or series of events), if there is sufficient evidence that –

• The integrity of the event has been called into question.
• The price(s) or pool have been manipulated
• Match-rigging or fixing has taken place, or the event is under investigation as the result of an allegation to that effect.

27.1. Dreamplay.Bet reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to adjust, limit, cancel and/or reject any bet found to have been accepted in error.

27.2. If an official correction is made in respect of any price on any event that had previously been incorrectly transmitted, all bets struck at that original price shall be settled at the corrected price.

27.3. Should any odds in respect of a bet or event have been misstated –
27.3.1 As a result of a system or computer malfunction
27.3.2 In consequence of any other error, in circumstances where it is clear that the odds so stated have been skewed or misstated, when compared with the odds prevailing in the greater market, the bet or event will be deemed to have taken place on the correct price/s which were available in the general market at the time the bet was struck, and all winning bets will be settled at such price/s.

28.1. Where Rules are published on the Dreamplay.Bet website in respect of any market, Game or other event or contingency on which betting is offered, it is the responsibility of the Player to ensure that he/she has read and understood those Rules in full, and agrees to be bound by them.

28.2. Any such Rules form part of, and are subject to, these General Terms and Conditions, and contain important provisions relating not only to the mechanics of the relevant Game, event or contingency and the manner in which, and the restrictions subject to which, which betting may take place, and must be read in full by the Player before he/she engages in play or betting on any such market, game, event or contingency.
